Roaring Branch is a log cabin resort in Sunderland and Arlington, Vermont that was built between 1912 and 1917 and has been in continual operation since 1913. At the present time, there are 6 rustic and 9 new log cabins that are rented from Memorial Day to Columbus Day. The cabins are situated in a 36 acre pine forest bordered on the south and west by the Roaring Branch of the Battenkill River. There are two clay tennis courts, library and game room, recreational areas, and roads to all cabins. It is our intention to replace the existing 6 cabins, and add an additional four cabins. These new, modern log cabins will be sold one cabin at a time as part of a Condominium Development. The Roaring Branch Condominium owner's will be able to rent the cabins year round. The cabins will be second homes with the intent to rent when the owners are not occupying them. There will not be year round residents. If you are interested in renting one of the modern cabins for a week or longer, please visit the Roaring Branch Modern Cabins website. HOME | PROJECT | SPECS | CONTACT | MAP
